How We Got Here
Started in 2018 with one simple belief — projects shouldn't feel like chaos. We've spent years figuring out what actually works when teams need to stay organized without drowning in complexity.
Seven years of learning what helps businesses move forward
We Began With a Question
Back in 2018, I watched a construction project in Udon Thani fall apart. Not because people didn't care, but because nobody could track what was happening. Spreadsheets everywhere, messages lost in group chats, deadlines missed because someone forgot to tell someone else.
That project cost a small business owner everything. And honestly? It didn't have to.
So we started ultronprocore with a straightforward goal: help businesses in Thailand organize their projects without needing a degree in project management or a massive budget for software nobody understands.
What Matters to Us
Keep It Real
We don't promise magic solutions. Project management is messy. Our job is making it less messy, not pretending we can eliminate every problem.
Learn Together
Every project teaches us something new. We share what we learn with clients because better outcomes happen when everyone understands what's working and what isn't.
Build Long-Term
Quick fixes don't interest us much. We'd rather spend time understanding your business and creating systems that actually fit how you work.
People Behind the Process
Our team grew slowly. We only brought in people who'd actually managed projects before — not just studied them. Everyone here has dealt with missed deadlines, budget overruns, and that sinking feeling when you realize nobody knows what's supposed to happen next.
That shared experience shapes how we work with clients. We've been in those stressful situations, so we focus on practical solutions rather than theoretical frameworks.
Siriporn Vajiralongkorn
Lead Workflow Strategist
Ten years managing construction projects taught Siriporn that the best plans are the ones teams actually use.
Anong Kritchanchai
Operations Director
Anong spent years coordinating manufacturing operations. She knows how to make complex processes simple without losing important details.
Our Journey So Far
Starting Point
Launched with five clients in Udon Thani. Spent most of that first year learning what businesses actually needed versus what we thought they needed. Those early projects taught us more than any textbook could.
Remote Adaptation
When everything moved online, we helped clients transition their project workflows. That period forced us to get creative with coordination tools and communication methods. Some of those solutions became permanent parts of our approach.
Expansion Phase
Started working with businesses across northern Thailand. Different industries, different challenges, but the core problems stayed similar — teams struggling to stay coordinated, information getting lost, priorities unclear.
Moving Forward
Now working with over forty businesses. We're focusing on helping companies build internal capacity for project organization rather than creating dependency on external consultants. Teaching teams to manage their own workflows effectively matters more than endless consulting contracts.
Let's Talk About Your Projects
If your team is struggling with project coordination, we might be able to help. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation about what's working and what isn't.
